Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 carrots, diced
2 stalks celery, diced
2 potatoes, diced

Directions
In a large pot, brown the ground beef. Add the onion, garlic, carrots, and celery, and sauté until the vegetables are softened.
Add the potatoes and stir to combine. Pour in the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir in the sugar.
Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in the fresh parsley and season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 5 more minutes.
Serve hot with crusty bread. Enjoy!
