Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 9-inch unbaked pie crust
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl, mix together the melted butter, brown sugar, white sugar, and corn syrup.
- Stir in eggs, vanilla extract, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Pour into an unbaked 9-inch pie shell.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until center is set.
- Cool before serving.
