Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup light corn syrup
  • 3 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 9-inch unbaked pie crust

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the melted butter, brown sugar, white sugar, and corn syrup.
  3. Stir in eggs, vanilla extract, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  4. Pour into an unbaked 9-inch pie shell.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes or until center is set.
  6. Cool before serving.
