Ingredients
1 cup cooked wild rice
1/2 cup cooked polenta
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Directions
In a large bowl, combine the cooked wild rice, cooked polenta, Parmesan cheese, parsley, basil, oregano, thyme, garlic, salt, and pepper.

Form the mixture into 8 equal-sized patties.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
Add the patties to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, flipping once halfway through.
Remove the burgers from the skillet and let them cool for a few minutes.
In a small bowl, combine the bread crumbs and walnuts.
Coat the burgers with the bread crumb mixture.
Return the burgers to the skillet and cook for an additional 5 minutes, flipping once, until the burgers are golden brown and crispy.
Serve and enjoy!
