- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 (20 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl, combine butter, flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon until crumbly. Press the mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Spread the pineapple chunks evenly over the crust. Sprinkle with Cheddar and mozzarella cheese. Top with walnuts.
- Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, until golden brown and bubbly.
