Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 (20 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine butter, flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon until crumbly. Press the mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  3. Spread the pineapple chunks evenly over the crust. Sprinkle with Cheddar and mozzarella cheese. Top with walnuts.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, until golden brown and bubbly.
