- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup white sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sour cream
- Topping of your choice
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Mix together graham cracker crumbs and butter; press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla and salt. Finally, blend in the sour cream.
- Pour filling into the prepared crust.
- Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes. Let cool. Refrigerate overnight before serving.
