Ingredients
1 cup quinoa
2 cups water

Directions
In a medium saucepan, bring the quinoa and water to a boil.
Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 12-15 minutes, or until the quinoa is cooked.
Remove from heat and let the quinoa cool for 5 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked quinoa, pesto, sun-dried tomatoes, and basil.
