Pepperoni Dip
Ingredients
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a large bowl, cream together the butter, sugars, and vanilla until smooth.
Beat in the egg.
In a separate bowl, stir together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
Gradually beat the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just blended.
Stir in the chocolate chips.
Drop the dough by spoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until golden brown.
Cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
