Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour and eggs until smooth.
  2. Slowly add in the milk and melted butter, stirring until the mixture is well combined.
  3. Heat a large non-stick pan over medium heat. Grease the pan with a bit of butter.
  4. Pour a thin layer of the crepe batter into the pan, swirling it around to evenly coat the bottom of the pan.
  5. Cook for 1-2 minutes, until the edges of the crepe start to become golden and crisp.
  6. Using a spatula, gently flip the crepe and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
  7. Remove from the heat and transfer to a plate. Repeat with the remaining batter.
  8. Spread 1 tablespoon of peanut butter on each crepe.
  9. Roll up each crepe and place on a serving plate.
  10. In a small saucepan, melt the chocolate chips and cream together over low heat until smooth.
  11. Remove from the heat and pour the sauce over the crepes.
  12. Serve warm and enjoy!
