Ingredients
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
Directions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour and eggs until smooth.
- Slowly add in the milk and melted butter, stirring until the mixture is well combined.
- Heat a large non-stick pan over medium heat. Grease the pan with a bit of butter.
- Pour a thin layer of the crepe batter into the pan, swirling it around to evenly coat the bottom of the pan.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes, until the edges of the crepe start to become golden and crisp.
- Using a spatula, gently flip the crepe and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
- Remove from the heat and transfer to a plate. Repeat with the remaining batter.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of peanut butter on each crepe.
- Roll up each crepe and place on a serving plate.
- In a small saucepan, melt the chocolate chips and cream together over low heat until smooth.
- Remove from the heat and pour the sauce over the crepes.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
