Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose gluten-free flour

  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a muffin tin with liners.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, stir together the sugar, Greek yogurt, coconut oil, and vanilla extract until fully combined.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
