Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with butter.

- In a medium saucepan, combine the milk, cream, brown sugar, butter, and corn syrup. Bring to a low boil over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla.
- Pour the milk mixture over the bread cubes and peaches. Stir until combined. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until golden brown and set. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
