Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
1 onion, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced

Directions

Pour the rice into a slow cooker, then add the onion mixture, chicken stock, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
Add the sausage and stir to combine.
Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until the rice is cooked through.
Once the rice is cooked, stir in the cooked shrimp.
Serve the jambalaya hot.
