Ingredients

  • 1 small carrot, peeled and chopped
  • 1 apple, cored and chopped
  • 1/4 cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Directions

  1. Combine the carrot, apple, and cucumber in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add the orange juice and turmeric and blend until combined.
  3. Add the ice cubes and blend until desired consistency is reached.
