Ingredients

  • 2 large mangos, peeled and cut into cubes
  • 1/2 red onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Place the mango cubes in a large bowl.
  2. Add the red onion, cilantro, and jalapeno pepper and gently toss to combine.
  3. Pour the lime juice over the salad and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
