Ingredients
- 1 lb. of cooked pasta
- 1 cup of diced vegetables (carrots, celery, bell peppers, etc.)
- 1/2 cup of your favorite pasta sauce
- 1/4 cup of shredded cheese (mozzarella, Parmesan, etc.)
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh herbs (basil, oregano, parsley, etc.)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wooden skewers
Directions
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, diced vegetables, pasta sauce, cheese, herbs, salt and pepper.
- Mix everything together until it is combined.
- Pour the mixture onto a plate and let cool.
- Once the mixture is cooled, grab a wooden skewer and start to assemble your pasta salad on a stick.
- Start with a piece of pasta, followed by a piece of vegetable, and then a piece of cheese. Repeat until the skewer is full.
- Repeat with the remaining mixture until all of the skewers are assembled.
- Serve cold and enjoy!
