Ingredients
1 block extra-firm tofu, drained and pressed
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cut the tofu into cubes and place in a large bowl.
Add the olive oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic powder, ground ginger, salt and pepper. Toss to coat all the cubes.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the tofu cubes.
Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the tofu is golden and crispy on all sides.
Serve hot.
