Ingredients

  • 1 block extra-firm tofu, drained and pressed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Cut the tofu into cubes and place in a large bowl.
  2. Add the olive oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic powder, ground ginger, salt and pepper. Toss to coat all the cubes.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the tofu cubes.
  4. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the tofu is golden and crispy on all sides.
  5. Serve hot.
