Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a baking sheet or line with parchment paper.
Unroll the crescent dough onto a lightly floured surface. Cut each triangle in half, making 2 smaller triangles from each.
In a small bowl, mix together the grated cheese, chopped onion, garlic powder, parsley flakes, and Italian seasoning.
Place a spoonful of the cheese mixture onto the middle of each triangle. Roll up the dough, starting at the wide end, and place on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with melted butter.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown. Serve warm or at room temperature.
