Italian Escarole Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound pizza dough
  • 1/2 head escarole, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mozzerella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. On a lightly floured surface, roll out pizza dough to desired thickness.
  3. Place dough on a greased baking sheet.
  4. In a large bowl, combine escarole, mozzarella, Parmesan, olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Mix until combined.
  5. Spread escarole mixture over pizza dough and bake for 15-20 minutes until crust is golden brown.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes before slicing.
