Ingredients
1/2 pound pizza dough
1/2 head escarole, chopped
1/2 cup mozzerella cheese, shredded
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out pizza dough to desired thickness.
Place dough on a greased baking sheet.
In a large bowl, combine escarole, mozzarella, Parmesan, olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Mix until combined.
Spread escarole mixture over pizza dough and bake for 15-20 minutes until crust is golden brown.
Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes before slicing.

Escarole is a type of chicory, related to endive and radicchio.
The Italian seasoning used in this recipe is a combination of oregano, basil, rosemary, thyme, and red pepper flakes.
This pizza is best served hot out of the oven.
