Ingredients

Directions
- In a large pot, heat some cooking oil over medium heat. Fry the pig's feet until browned. Remove and set aside.

- Add the fried pig's feet back into the pot and pour in the vinegar, soy sauce, water, brown sugar, bay leaves, and peppercorns. Stir to combine.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low. Cover the pot and simmer for about 2 hours or until the pig's feet are tender.
