Ingredients

  • 3-4 lb. beef brisket
  • 1/2 cup of your favorite barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of your favorite dry rub
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325℉.
  2. In a bowl, combine the barbecue sauce, Worcestershire sauce, dry rub, beef broth, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, and smoked paprika. Mix together until combined.
  3. Place the brisket in a roasting pan, and pour the sauce over the top. Cover the pan with aluminum foil, and bake for 3 to 4 hours, or until the brisket is fork tender.
  4. Once the brisket is cooked, remove it from the oven, and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  5. Slice the brisket against the grain, and serve with the remaining sauce.
