Ingredients

  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together oats, flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, and vanilla extract.
  4. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until everything is well combined.
  5. Fold in mini marshmallows.
  6. Drop teaspoonfuls of the batter onto an ungreased baking sheet.
