Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 lemons
- 2 tablespoons oil

- 8-10 curry leaves
- 2 green chilies, slit
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/4 cup roasted peanuts
- Salt to taste

Directions
- Squeeze the juice from the lemons and keep it aside.
- Heat oil in a pan or a kadai on medium heat.
- Add mustard seeds and let them splutter.
- Add chana dal, urad dal, asafoetida, curry leaves, and green chilies. Saute for a minute.
- Add turmeric powder and mix well.
- Add the lemon juice, roasted peanuts, and salt. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add the cooked rice and gently mix until all the rice is coated with the lemon mixture. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
- Serve hot or at room temperature.
