Ingredients

  • 1 head of Napa cabbage, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup of carrots, shredded
  • 1/4 cup of green onions, sliced
  • 1/4 cup of cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup of sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 1/4 cup of rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the Napa cabbage, bell pepper, carrots, green onions, and cilantro.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the sesame seeds, olive oil, rice wine vinegar, honey, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
