Directions
In a large bowl, combine the ground lamb, maple syrup, chipotle peppers, goat cheese, shallots, garlic, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.
Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape into patties.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the patties. Cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until the patties are cooked through.
Place the patties on the toasted buns and top with your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
