- 1 pound ground beef

Directions
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, 2 cloves garlic, 2 tablespoons parsley, cumin, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Form into 1-inch balls and set aside.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and 2 cloves garlic and cook until the onion is softened, about 5 minutes. Stir in the diced tomatoes, parsley, oregano, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the meatballs to the sauce and simmer for an additional 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with crusty bread or a fresh salad.
