Ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce) can cream-style corn
- 1 (14.75 ounce) can creamed corn
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 (8.5 ounce) package corn muffin mix
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 2 quart casserole dish.
- In a large bowl, mix together the cream-style corn, creamed corn, butter, sour cream and corn muffin mix. Pour into the prepared casserole dish.
- Bake uncovered for 45 minutes, or until top is lightly browned. Serve warm.
