Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, pork, veal, bread crumbs, onion, bell pepper, egg, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Shape into a loaf, and place in the prepared pan.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour. Remove from oven and spread tomato sauce over loaf. Return to oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
