Ingredients
- 3 lbs chicken thighs
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup brown sugar

- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a saucepan, combine soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger. Cook over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved.
- In a small bowl, mix water and cornstarch to make a slurry. Add it to the saucepan and cook until the sauce thickens.
