Ingredients
- 1 jar (7-ounce) marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup chopped roasted red peppers
- 1 cup chopped kalamata olives
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Assorted crackers or sliced French bread, for serving
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, combine the artichoke hearts, roasted peppers, olives, parsley, olive oil, garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to an 8-inch baking dish and top with the mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
