Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
3/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup lemon juice

Directions
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
Add the chicken cubes and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through.
Add the orange juice, lemon juice and honey and stir to combine. Simmer until the liquid is reduced by half, about 5 minutes.
Stir in the almonds and parsley and cook for 1 more minute. Serve warm.
