Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Heat the olive oil in a small skillet over medium heat.
- Add the onion and garlic and cook, stirring occasionally, until the onion is soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, and dijon mustard.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove from the heat and let cool.
- Transfer the mixture to a food processor and pulse until smooth.
- Serve immediately or transfer to a jar and store in the refrigerator.
