Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups quick-cooking oats
  • 2/3 cup butter, melted and cooled
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together oats, butter, eggs, sugars, and vanilla extract until well-combined.
  4. Gradually add in dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips.
  6. Pour batter into prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Let cool before slicing and serving.
