Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups quick-cooking oats
2/3 cup butter, melted and cooled
3 eggs
1 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar

Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan.
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
In a large bowl, mix together oats, butter, eggs, sugars, and vanilla extract until well-combined.
Gradually add in dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Pour batter into prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let cool before slicing and serving.
