Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups quick-cooking oats
- 2/3 cup butter, melted and cooled
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix together oats, butter, eggs, sugars, and vanilla extract until well-combined.
- Gradually add in dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing and serving.
