Ingredients
1 pound fettuccini noodles
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups skim milk

Directions
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccini noodles and cook for about 8 minutes, or until al dente.

Slowly pour in the skim milk, whisking constantly, until the mixture is smooth and thickened. Add the Greek yoghurt and stir until combined.
Add the parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and garlic powder and stir until combined.
Drain the cooked fettuccini and add it to the saucepan. Stir until the noodles are coated with the sauce.
Serve the fettuccini alfredo immediately.
