Ingredients
- 2 pounds of small potatoes
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of oregano
- 1 teaspoon of rosemary
- 1 teaspoon of thyme
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Wash and pat dry the potatoes. Cut into smaller chunks.
- In a large bowl, combine the potatoes with the olive oil, oregano, rosemary, thyme, garlic powder, and salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread the potatoes onto a baking sheet and roast for 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
