Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, ketchup, onion, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form into a loaf shape and place in a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
  4. Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 50 minutes.
  5. Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
