Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, ketchup, onion, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form into a loaf shape and place in a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
- Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 50 minutes.
- Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
