Ingredients

  • 1 package mini-pitas
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/2 cup vegan cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup chopped peppers
  • 1/4 cup sliced olives

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce on each mini-pita.
  3. Sprinkle vegan cheese over the pizza sauce.
