Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine peanut butter, honey, coconut flour, cinnamon, and salt.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the dough into 8 equal sized patties.
- Place the patties on a plate covered with parchment paper.
- Cook in the microwave for 5 minutes, rotating the plate halfway through.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
