- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup all-natural peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a large bowl, combine oats, peanut butter, honey, brown sugar, coconut, nuts (if using), and vanilla extract.
- Mix until everything is combined and the mixture is sticky.
- Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper and press the oat mixture evenly into the pan.
- Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
- Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
