Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gluten-free flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine gluten-free flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir in olive oil and water until dough forms.
  3. On a lightly floured surface, roll out dough into a 12-inch circle.
  4. Transfer dough to a greased baking sheet. Spread tomato sauce over dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edge.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese, diced tomatoes, and chopped basil over the pizza.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes, or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
  7. Slice and serve.
