Ingredients

  • 2 8-ounce packages of cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
  2. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla and salt.
  3. Gradually add flour, and mix until just blended. Stir in sour cream and heavy cream.
  4. Divide the batter evenly among eighteen lined muffin cups.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 18 to 22 minutes, or until set. Cool in pan on wire rack.
  6. Top each cheesecake with chopped pecans, and serve.
