Ingredients

  • 1 (6 ounce) can tuna, drained
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped pickles
  • 1/4 cup chopped black olives
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the tuna, mayonnaise, celery, onion, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, pickles, olives, curry powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  2. Serve over a bed of lettuce or on a sandwich.
