4 oz. Prosciutto, diced

Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the shallots and garlic and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
Add the Prosciutto and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
Add the green beans and oregano and cook until the beans are crisp-tender, about 8 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot.
