Ingredients

  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup nuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, sesame, etc.)
  • 1/2 cup dried fruit, chopped
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup oil (coconut, vegetable, or olive)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the oats, nuts, seeds, and dried fruit.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the honey, oil, vanilla, and cinnamon.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and mix until everything is evenly coated.
  5. Spread the granola onto a baking sheet in an even layer.
  6. Bake for 10-15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes, until lightly browned and fragrant.
  7. Let the granola cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
