Add the thyme and flour and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Add the wine, broth, chicken, salt, and pepper to the pot and stir to combine. Cover and seal the lid. Set the Instant Pot to the “manual” setting and cook for 15 minutes.
Once the cooking time is complete, use the natural release method to release the pressure. Carefully remove the lid and stir in the butter.
Garnish with parsley and serve.
