Ingredients
2 pounds beef stew meat, cubed
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon paprika

2 cups beef broth

Directions
Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.
Add the beef and onion to the pot and cook until the beef is browned and the onion is softened, about 5 minutes.
Add the garlic, paprika, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper to the pot. Stir to combine.
Add the beef broth, potatoes, carrots, green beans, and corn to the pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 45 minutes.
Remove the pot from the heat and let the stew cool for 10 minutes before serving.
