Ingredients
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup (2 sticks) cold butter, cut into cubes
4-8 tablespoons cold water
Directions
In a large bowl, mix together the flour and salt.
Add the butter and mix until the butter is the size of small peas.
Add the cold water, 1 tablespoon at a time, and mix until the dough comes together.
Form the dough into a ball and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough to 1/8 inch thick.
Transfer the dough to a 9-inch pie dish and press it into the bottom and sides of the dish.
Trim any excess dough with a knife or pastry wheel.
Bake according to your recipe instructions.

Pie crust can be made in advance and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
