Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
1 cup long-grain white rice
1 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions

Add vegetable broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 25 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in peas and sundried tomatoes. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
Serve warm.
