Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Add the white wine and chicken broth to the skillet and simmer for 5 minutes. Add the tomatoes, olives, and capers and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
Add the chicken back to the pan and simmer for 5 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened and the chicken is cooked through.
