Ingredients

  • 2 heads of Romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 pint of cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup of croutons
  • 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, tomatoes, croutons, and Parmesan cheese.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
