Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup crushed buttery crackers
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 24 cupcake liners

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until beef is no longer pink. Add garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes more, stirring occasionally.
  3. In a large bowl, combine ground beef mixture, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and crushed crackers. Spoon mixture into cupcake liners, filling each about 3/4 full.
  4. Top each cupcake with a dollop of ketchup. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes or until cupcakes are cooked through.
