Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken thighs, bone-in, skin-on
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, combine chicken thighs, olive oil, salt and pepper. Make sure chicken is evenly coated.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken thighs and cook for about 5 minutes, until lightly browned. Flip and cook for another 5 minutes.
- In a small bowl, combine maple syrup, butter and Dijon mustard. Mix until well combined.
- Pour maple syrup mixture over chicken thighs. Flip to coat evenly. Place skillet in preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve with a side of your favorite vegetables.
