Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken thighs, bone-in, skin-on
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine chicken thighs, olive oil, salt and pepper. Make sure chicken is evenly coated.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken thighs and cook for about 5 minutes, until lightly browned. Flip and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. In a small bowl, combine maple syrup, butter and Dijon mustard. Mix until well combined.
  5. Pour maple syrup mixture over chicken thighs. Flip to coat evenly. Place skillet in preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
  6. Serve with a side of your favorite vegetables.
